Keep your warranty without paying dealer prices. We service to your manufacturer's logbook schedule using quality parts and fluids, stamp your logbook, and the record stands — by law, a dealer can't void your warranty just because an independent workshop did the servicing.
Every logbook service starts with what your car actually needs: the schedule items for its age and kilometres, plus a sensible look at brakes, tyres and fluids. You get the findings in plain English before we touch anything beyond the schedule.
What's involved
- Servicing to your manufacturer's logbook schedule (time or km, whichever comes first)
- Quality parts and fluids that meet or exceed manufacturer specs
- Logbook stamped and digital service records kept — resale value protected
- Warranty-safe under the Australian Consumer Law
- Free re-check if something's not right after a service
Common questions
Will a dealer refuse warranty work if you serviced my car?
They can't, as long as the logbook schedule was followed and correct parts and fluids were used. We keep full records of every service so you have proof if a dealer ever questions it.
How often does my car need a logbook service?
It depends on the manufacturer — commonly every 12 months or 10,000–15,000 km, whichever comes first. Your logbook lists the exact schedule; we follow it, not a guess.
Can you service cars still under a capped-price service plan?
Yes — but check your plan terms first. Capped-price plans are usually a dealer prepayment, so it may be cheaper to use it up. We're happy to quote against it either way.
